Cooking with Keith at Capitello Winery is back! After a nearly 2 year pandemic hiatus, Capitello and Chef Keith Ellis (former owner of Cooks Pots & Tabletops) have rejoined to bring you a cooking demonstration, including a 4 course dinner and we kick it up a bit by pairing each prepared course with one of our hand crafted Oregon and New Zealand wines!! 

As always, menus are based on local and seasonal ingredients and offered to broaden your cooking for friends and family !

 

Also for Sale before and after class, our  Extra Virgin Olive Oils, 10 Year-Aged Balsamic Vinegar and our new Cocktail Mixers !
