Seared Duck Breast with Dried Cherry Compote
Wild Rice Risotto with Mushrooms from Zuni Cafe
Butterscotch Budino with Caramel Sauce
Classes will include a welcoming glass of wine, as well as 4 pairings of wine, one with each course.
Special pricing of wines purchased at the tasting room after class.
