Turkey ‘Porchetta’ , rolled and stuffed in the Tuscan Style
Pear, Fennel and Radicchio Salad
Pinot Noir Poached Pears with Fresh Mascarpone
Class will include a welcoming glass of wine, as well as 4 pairings of wine, one with each course. Special pricing of wines purchased at the tasting room after class.
6 pm – 8:30 pm, $55.00/person, class held at 540 Charnelton St. at the winery.
