– Join Capitello and Chef Keith Ellis (former owner of Cooks Pots & Tabletops) for a cooking demonstration, including a 4 course dinner and we kick it up a bit by pairing each prepared course with one of our hand crafted Oregon and New Zealand wines!!
– As always, menus are based on local and seasonal ingredients and offered to broaden your cooking for friends and family !
– Also for Sale before and after class, our own selection of Extra Virgin Olive Oils, 10 Year-Aged Balsamic Vinegar, Blackberry Balsamic and our Italian Salts !
PS, Keith loves teaching classes and has enjoyed traveling and cooking in other kitchens. Whether it be knife skills, cheesemaking, developing menus for entertaining or learning new cooking techniques, he is available for either a social or business team-building !
