Wine Pairings Class at Capitello Winery

Join chef Keith Ellis (former co-owner of Eugene’s Cooks Pots & Tabletops), as he takes you on an epicurean journey with a step by step 4 course demo  (he cooks, while you watch, sip, learn and of course eat!) Each course served with wine tastings provided by Capitello, all for $65., 6-8:30 pm, Limited Seating.

Menu: Focus on the newly arrived Olio Nuovo, the finest Extra Virgin Olive Oils from Italy !

Crostini with Pancetta,Taleggio cheese Honey and EV Olive Oil

Zuppa di Frantoiana, the Fall Harvest Soup of the Olive Pickers

Ricotta Crostata, served over Autumn Greens

Crema Gelato with EV Olive Oil, Sea Salt and Bittersweet Chocolate
