Mediterranean Cooking with Capitello Winery

Explore the cooking of the Mediterranean thru these dishes from Italy, Syria, Israel paired with the outstanding wines of Capitello Winery.

  • Menu:
  • Muhammara (Red Pepper and Almond Dip), with Pita
  • Spiced Chick Peas and Fresh Vegetable Salad
  • Ottolenghi’s Roasted Chicken Thighs with Orange and Fennel
  •    with Jasmine Rice
  • Sbrisciolona, Caramelized Almond Cake

Class will include a welcoming glass of wine, as well as 4 pairings of wine, one with each course. Special pricing of wines purchased at the tasting room after class.

6 pm – 8:30 pm, $65.00/person, class held at 540 Charnelton St. at the winery.
